Damages
We've packed a few pots in our time, but occasionally things do go wrong in the transportation process. If something goes wrong and your order arrives damaged, please let us know us as soon as possible. To ensure a smooth process, kindly notify us within 3 days of delivery so that we can take immediate action. Contact info@vorsterandbraye.co.za with your order number and a photo of the damaged item so that we organize a replacement for the affected item.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you aren't completely satisfied with an item, we kindly ask you to contact us via email within 7 days of receiving it. This will help us initiate the returns process promptly. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will automatically apply a credit to your original payment method, covering the total amount (deducting our orginal shipping cost).
It's important to note while returning the item, that you are responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Also, please ensure that the product is securely packaged to maintain its safety during transit back to the Vorster & Braye studio and that goods damaged in return transit cannot be refunded.
