Shipping policy

South Africa

The Vorster & Braye online shop currently ships only to South Africa. We charge a flat rate of R150 for orders under R1500, and we offer free shipping for orders over that amount.

We take up to 2 working days to fulfill an order (packaging etc.), and the courier typically takes up to 2 working days. 

We try to keep the stock levels listed in the online shop up-to-date, but we may occasionally get it wrong. If an item that is listed as in stock is in fact not in stock, we will contact you about the situation and give an estimate for the time to make a new one, or offer a refund. 

Invoices are not sent with the parcels, but are emailed at the time an order is fulfilled.

International

Shipping outside of South Africa is not currently offered directly from our online shop. If you would like to order for shipment outside of South Africa, please contact us at info@vorsterandbraye.co.za to arrange a quotation for international shipping. Customs and taxes may apply to international orders - these are payable by the customer.
